It’s the simple things in life that are often the most effective. With that in mind, one tool I’ll be using with my GCSE English students as we approach the final exam on June 7th is this exam revision checklist. In the spirit of self-reflection and meta cognition, I’ll be constantly asking them to think about these types of questions: how do they think or feel about something, and what can they do to keep improving?
